Is to keep fees low, services unmatched, and support to AFSPEC Warefare Associations/Foundations. Half of your monthly fees will go directly to one of the AFSPEC non-profit of your choice when becoming a partner.
Our Team
Ramiro Villalobos
Founder / CEO
Co-Founder, Ramiro Villalobos is a recently retired TACP who has a heart to help and serve people. As a husband and dad to five kids, Ramiro knows a thing or two about making things happen and getting things done. Nicknamed “V-Speed,” Ramiro has a 21 year career serving others and leading which inspired the creation of AFSPEC Collective. As a graduated business owner of “Cleared Hot Yoga,” Ramiro fell in love with the entrepreneurial spirit and has a passion for helping others build their own dreams through entrepreneurship. As the TACP Association and Foundation Transition Assistance Officer, Ramiro discovered the talent beyond the service commitment and together with Natalia, created a directory where its members can showcase their achievements, merchandise and services thus building a mutually benefiting site for all AFSPEC Warfare Entrepreneurs. When not networking, Ramiro loves going on adventures with his family, snowboarding, fly fishing and honoring the fallen by living his life to fullest.
Natalia Planz
Founder / CPO
Co-Founder, Natalia Planz is a TACP wife, mom of two, and Chief Technology Officer for AFSPEC Collective. Samoan native, Natalia, is an entrepreneur first with skillsets in web design and photography. She founded her first web design and photography business in 2021 and has designed and developed several company’s website. Although her husband, Joshua Planz, retired in December of 2021, Natalia is still serving the TACP community as an advisor and website manager for both the TACP Association and Foundation. It’s this exposure to the community/s talent that Natalia noticed many talented AFSPEC entrepreneurs who own businesses and offer a variety of services and products. Locking arms with her business partner, Ramiro, Natalia created a directory to support and promote these businesses not just within the TACP community but within all of Air Force Special Warfare communities. In her free time, Natalia enjoys family time and participating in game nights. She is also an avid roller skater, and can be found at the skating rink on Tuesday nights skating to old school Motown music.
